When you become a Mind Longevity client we ask for your name, your address, your e-mail address, your phone number and your gender.
CLIENTS
- Once you become an Mind Longevity client, you are not anonymous to us.
- When you are an Mind Longevity client, we use your personal information in order to provide the service or product you have asked us for, to conduct client surveys in order to enhance the provision of our services, or to provide you with information about Mind Longevity products or services that may be of interest to you
ANONYMOUS WEBSITE ACCESS
- While you are visiting our website, Mind Longevity also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Mind Longevity cookie information and the page you requested. This information does not personally identify you.
